Announcement of the 90th edition of the Know India Programme (KIP) scheduled to be organized from 18th October to 31st October 2026

KIP is a flagship programme of this Ministry that seeks to reconnect PIOs in the age-group of 24-28 years with their ethnic roots besides showcasing the rich cultural heritage of India and its recent spectacular developmental efforts. Through this Programme, Ministry endeavours to present various facets of contemporary Indian Arts, Heritage, Culture, Economy, Innovations, Start-ups, Science & Technology, etc., to the youth members of the Indian Diaspora and strives to motivate and inspire them to contribute and participate in the transformative initiatives of the Government of India as part of its march towards Viksit Bharat@2047. The ministry plans to organise the 89th edition of the KIP from October 18-31, 2026. As per the guidelines of the Programme, members in the age group of 24-28 years would be invited to visit India to address the aforesaid intended purposes.

Interested participants may send their application (in MS word format), along with Educational Qualification Certificate, Passport, Passport size colored photograph, PIO/OCI card documents related to the Embassy of India in Guatemala City at cons.guatemala@mea.gov.in latest by 30.09.2026.
