The Embassy of India, Guatemala City will hold an “Open House” 1st Wednesday of every month from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Embassy (3a Avenida 17-59, Zona 14, Cdad. de Guatemala 01014) to address the grievances of the people on issues related to visas, passports and OCI cards. If these days happen to fall on a holiday, the Open House will be held on the first working day thereafter. No prior appointment is required. Any Indian national as well as persons of Indian origin who would like to meet Head of Chancery without an appointment may do so. 

The objective of the open house meetings is to engage with Indian nationals as well as persons of Indian origin on consular matters such as issuance of passports, OCI cards, visas or other services and to address specific issues raised. Members of the Indian community residing in Guatemala are welcome to attend these meetings.

In addition, Indian citizens in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras can send messages to the Embassy of India, Guatemala City at cons[dot]guatemala[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in or hoc[dot]guatemala[at]mea[dot]gov[dot]in in case of any difficulty faced by them in obtaining passport services and consular help.
